If you received a coupon or discount code, you will have a chance to enter it prior to paying. Do not skip that part as calling us after the fact will result in a lesser discount due to credit card fees we have to pay for each transaction.

$259 and $399 company owners will be sent a license agreement via Docusign (Adobe). You have to sign and return it to us via email at least 12-hours prior to the class date in order to receive the link prior to class.

Upon completion of your training, we will email an electronic copy of your Certification within 24 business hours.  We will then upload your Exposure Control Plan / Administrative Manual(s) and process your certificates at a FedEx Office Print & Ship location nearest to the zip code you provide for your address. This may not be the same as a FedEx drop location. This process typically takes approximately 2-3 business days for receipt of your manual(s) and hard copy certificates. If you prefer to have your manual delivered to your address and have provided an accurate address per USPS standards, the cost to ship is $30.00. Delivery is not possible to multi-resident or businesses without an apartment or suite/unit number, and no PO Boxes.

Note: a link to attend will be sent the day before the class to the email address you provide so be sure to type it in carefully and accurately! Links will NOT be sent to companies who have not signed the License Agreement.

PLEASE NOTE: YOU WILL NOT BE ADMITTED TO THE CLASS IF WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED YOUR SIGNED LICENSE AGREEMENT THAT PROTECTS OUR COPYRIGHT.

Please be sure to enter your personal name and your business name (if applicable) as you want them to appear on your certificate(s). 

Note: If you are paying for the small business option ($259) or established business option ($399) and training all people right away, please enter the additional names as you want them to appear on their certificates. If you don't have another person training with you for this class, put N/A and connect with us later to use your credit.
