Specimen Handling & Transportation includes "Best Practice Standards" based on OSHA regulations. Training from a courier perspective includes bloodborne pathogens, specimen handling and integrity, exposure control, risk management of incidents, and spill kit usage, HIPAA compliance, and more! Plan on 2.5 to 3-hours depending on how many are in attendance. This is an interactive class so there are opportunities to ask questions throughout.
